I believe there was one or two at Bisley some ten to twenty
years ago. If memory serves one was an AD on the practical
range at pistol AD (injured leg of the shooter involved though
not that badly). The other being a fatality when a target
rifle shooter had a hangfire and looked down the barrel without
ejecting the round - which promptly went off and killed him.
I must admit to having no actual evidence of either of these
events, though the pistol AD was around 1983-84.
