I recently moved the contents of my small HDs to one bigger. Well, not really
moved, just copied so far.
As a side effect, none of my photos can be retrived, since the name of the
current HD is different from those of the previous ones.
The safest way to deal with this would be to clear the DB, then re-import the
whole contents.
But, then, I would have to manually process the photos year by year, since I
apply a preset that writes the year the photo was taken at import. I manually
update it each year.
Of course, if it was possible to use variables within the metadata fields, so
one could write, for instance "Copyright $Year_Taken", and the field would be
filled with the appropriate value, things would be far easier. Unfortunately,
my request still remains at the same point.
So, the second way would be to replace the paths directly within the DB which -
I confess - I can't do.
>From sqlitebrowser, I could open the DB and find where the paths appear, but I

Maybe someone there could give me some hint ?
