You are making my stomach feeling hungry for your cooking meal tonight. I have 
several cousins lived in Michigan ,some lived in Detroit,Rochester  and 30 
minute or 45 minute from Lansing .

  We will eat and eat. I am making dried apples and apple butter tonight. 
MOnday I will make healthy chocolate muffins and Raisin bran muffins.  Hope you 
like chicken. We rarely eat beef here.

  Dan is ona new diet. It is very  restrictive as far as what a person can eat. 
 We cheated and had pizza tonight. He is having more trouble breathing. So now 
he knows that what he eats effects his health.  So we will eat better, less 
cheating.

  So hope you are ready. By the way, his sugar went down when he started this 
diet.

            INGREDIENTS

            2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs 
            2 tablespoons sugar 
            1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon 
            2 tablespoons margarine 
            2 cups fresh blueberries

            DIRECTIONS

            Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an 8-inch-round 
            baking dish with butter-flavored nonstick pan spray. 
            In a small bowl, combine the crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. 
            Cut in the margarine with a fork or pastry blender until 
            the mixture is crumbly. 
            Place the berries in a prepared baking dish. Cover with
