That's for sure. I think that they could solve many of the complaints if they had a monitored NNTP group that wasn't filled with 12 year olds (or people who acted like they were). I think that there are two problems. One exists with the system admin. They don't understand how SPEWS differs from other blacklsits so they don't weight that test but just block anything that's on SPEWS. The other problem is that SPEWS is very difficult to communicate with. It's like having to discuss serious business during happy hour with a million jokers in the peanut gallery all trying to interject their opinion. Anyway...
