I'll stand by COVAD on this - they have been nothing but 100% responsive to
every request we have ever made in the 3 years we have been delaing with
them......

the problem we had was all SPEWS.   They are too aggressive in their
blocking - COVAD had been doing something long before the we reported the
problem on our customer's behalf - COVAD had already shut down the reported
spammers I mentioned in my first posting weeks prior, and had actually just
won a judgement in court against the spammers the day AFTER I reported the
problem to them ; this obviously had been in the works for some time - from
what I see, COVAD has been very responsive to SPEWS ; SPEWS just chose to
ignore them...
