Thanks Scott. I figured out my mistake. I was trying to place ranges as
x.x.x.1/12 being x.x.x.1 to x.x.x.12, when I was really bagging x.x.0.0 to
x.x.255.255 or WORSE on the value, sheesh! and who knows what with the
higher numbers. Fixed my mistake.
