This is a good option, providing they know how to get to the headers... The false positives we get are usually from the totally clueless. I have been seeing some strange stuff lately too, like what I posted earlier today with ameritech. I decided to follow suit with not whitelisting postmaster and they will just have to read the body of the bounce message to send the email properly for help.
