My client says they are still have getting email spam filtered by JM when it
should be white listed.  Here is what I have:

I can't see any problems here. I would recommend using the debug mode to track this down. To use the debug mode, you can change the "LOGLEVEL LOW" line in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg to "LOGLEVEL DEBUG". Then, send an E-mail through that just be whitelisted, and then switch back to "LOGLEVEL LOW" (the debug mode adds huge amounts of information to the log file). You can then send me (off-list) the \IMail\spool\dec####.log file (as an attachment, NOT sent from web messaging), and I can see what the problem is.
