Also, I don't like using AUTOWHITELIST because it is too easy (and intuitive) to add their co-workers on the same domain (it IS a contact list after all). This ends up causing a spam whitelist-a-thon as spam gets sent to every email address on the domain at once, then ends up whitelisted for all of them because one person had a co-worker's address in their contact list.

The email it sends contains a list of all that user's held emails, along with a link for each one that will re-queue the email somehow.
