Well,
All listed initial committers MUST file an ICLA to get a write
access to the SVN repo. thats true, and I will follow up with other
mentors to see how it is going.
I hope that all of the initial committer shave already submitted their ICLA.
*But*, current people who have this kind of access they can start
working on the re-org and they *should* not be blocked by the rest. At
least this is what I believe in.
Who has commit access atm (mentors excluded) ?
I would add another question, that is, who still need to file his/her ICLA ?
Jim Petersson (initial committer) is on vacation, back next week.
+ 2 external contributors prior to apache incubation (I've contacted them..no
reply yet)
I've been talking to Julien Vermillard and Emmanuel Lecharny regarding the two
external contributors.
We think it would be enough if they attached their patch (on the migrated JIRA issues) +
checked the "Grant license to ASF for inclusion in ASF works (as per the Apache
License §5)" checkbox.
Anyone disagree?
I believe that would be OK.
Michele Zuccala just mailed to the list. He said he can provide an ICLA,
which would be easier than adding all his patches to a JIRA with the
checkbox checked.
It's just a matter to send a mail with the ICLA attached (I guess it
should be a scan or a picture of the ICLA with the written signature).
