I know about FreePascal, and it is a very interesting alternative,
althought it actually only supports PPC code creation, this is not the
worst problem, because they have a very active community and they will
fix it soon.

The real problem is that FreePascal uses X11 for the windows manager,
and it is a "sacrilege" to sacrifice the Mac OS X interface to use the
X11 one. No one that uses a mac will use a X11 interface if they can
avoid it... it can't reach the native interface usability.
