Gidday Stacey Robert (who works for me) has the same problem, the rlink32 error in particular. I have only ever seen it maybe once or twice ever on my machine (which runs Win2K while his is XP), but sometimes it drives him nuts; some weeks he has it constantly, some weeks not at all. Our plan right now is to ignore it until we finally get around to upgrading - copies of D2006 are still sitting on the shelf.
