You are missing some commands - I have just checked and they are in git. If you right-click on one of the commands and choose More Commands and then select SharpenInitialKeysigs.xml you will get the command. The likely reason that you do not have the command is that you have kept your Default.commands from earlier versions of the program (e.g. by renaming .denemo-xxx to the new version). This is unexplored territory really, but you should be able to rectify things in the command manager by selecting Load Default Command Set and then saving as Default commands set. This will override you current command set, but I am not sure if it will merge any short cuts you have, so make a backup if you are doing this.
