Uploading a new version of this patch; derby-6125-visibility-02-e. The "02-d"
patch had a bug in that it made the class and constructor for
ClientJDBCObjectFactoryImpl40 package private, so the ClientDriver could not
instantiate it (it was hidden by my first test run using Java 18, which doesn't
use this class). Re-running regressions on all JRE platforms >= 1.5
