Yes, I agree the different placements of the top level classes returned to the
user is a bit troubling, but it doesn't really get any worse by this patch;
returned classes to the user app were previously also a mix of ClientXXX and
NetXXX and that will still be the case. If/when we merge am and net this
inconsistency would go away. Another approach is to rename all abstract "am"
level classes to "Base<JDBCClassName" and all "net" classes to
"Client<JDBCClassName>", but retain the division? Then all returned object
would be called "Client<JDBCClassName>.
