Indeed I think that the good practice is to always work in ODF and to
chose, if needed, an export format appropriate to the use that the
recipient of the document is supposed to have. If he has only to read
the document then choose PDF and if he has to edit the document and has
only MS-Office then choose a MS-Office format. But, and it is the most
important, in all cases you keep your original in ODF as reference
version.
Das Letztere (Referenzversion ODf) finde ich nicht schlecht.
... Ich möchte aber einen Gedanken einwerfen, der gewiss eine Rolle
spielen sollte:
Alle Programme, die mir gerade so einfallen, auch solche, die nicht
von MS sind, bieten das Speichern von Dokumenten in unterschiedlichen
Dateiformaten im Speichern-Unter-Dialog an.
Sehe ich ebenfalls so. Viele werden verwirrt sein, v.a. Leute, die es
gerade so schaffen, die grundlegenden Speichervorgänge hin zu bekommen.
Noch ein anderer Punkt:
~ die Verlagerung muß dann getestet werden, was einen zusätzlichen
"Testpunkt" erzeugt
~ evtl. gibt es Folgefehler, die wiederum mit ziemlichen Aufwand
beseitigt werden müßten, wieder testen - oder sie bleiben bis zur
nächsten/übernächsten Version drin
Worin liegt der Sinn einer solchen Verlagerung? Haben wir nicht
Wichtigeres zu tun?
Und werden die Bildformate auch verlagert?
