I encourage us to start promoting this to the PMCs even earlier (mid to late July) giving projects approximately two months to do so. Even if we haven't identified the coordinator, there is some basic information from the Outreachy website that projects will need to know before signing up. This will be our first time through the process, and many people (particularly in Europe) disappear for weeks at a time in the summer months. - Sam Ruby
