Here are some thoughts:

In addition to Daniel's suggestions (with which I agree), I'd like to talk about the purpose of the frist Doc Project page, which would determine whether it needs to be reorganised or presented differently, and how we reorganise or present it.

As I see it, the page serves as a front door to two audiences:
1) Users looking for resources.
2) Community members (actual or potential) looking to contribute.

Do others concur?

If so, let's think about how we can modify the contents of the page to serve these 2 audiences. I don't think it would take a lot of effort, as it's already divided (with the emphasis on group 1), but the page could be more appealing and the Task List should be shifted to the section for group 2..

Regards, Jean
