I talked to Stefan about this. The main disadvantage of using namespaces
is that they need manual setup, and I don't see a real advantage.

I would suggest to use the following approach:

- use subpages for documentation (allows using Google for search
  in parts of the wiki, native wiki search sucks anyway)
  documentation
  documentation/FAQ
  documentation/Getting_Started
  documentation/Developer_Docs
  ...

- use namespaces for localizations
