This looks great to me.

However, I don't believe I have ever seen, let alone used, a URL with a colon
(:) in it. Is this because it is a bad idea (e.g. are there some
systems/browsers that will have problems with it)? I think so, based on

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_(technical_restrictions)#Colon

and "Reserved characters" at

http://www.blooberry.com/indexdot/html/topics/urlencoding.htm

but I know I don't fully understand the situation, e.g. are you using Schemes,
and will other namespace references in users' address inputs perhaps get
"captured" by such URLs?

Probably the easiest way, is through a template. I'm taking a look at it at
the moment. Haven't got any graphics as yet, as I am still checking out the
mechanics of it. If you want to see what I got so far, check

http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Getting_Started:_Copyright

If anyone has icons or graphics that I should be incorporating, just upload
and leave a message on my user page, which is User:Kirk. Any other
suggestions can be left on the talk page at Template:StartPages.
