Perfect.  That makes sense, and matches the subpage naming you are using
on the FR pages.

This can be correct.  Categories can belong to other categories, and can
belong to more than one category.

You can use:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Special:UncategorizedPages
This provides a list of all ages without categories.  To find the FR
pages, simply browse forward through the list until you reach F (I found
some around number 1214 in the list).

The only minor problem I know of is that the change in category may not
show properly until the cache is cleared.  This is something that will
sort itself out in a short while after the change.

Of course :-)  That will tag it to be deleted, and then at some point
one of the admins will remove the category.  A delete is never really
permanent on the Wiki - if something is accidentally deleted, it can be
restored.
