Dear Tom and Heartbeat community,

Congratulations on the remarkable growth and achievements of Apache HertzBeat
during its incubation period! It’s truly inspiring to see the project grows so
rapidly, and to witness the consistent release cadence and solid governance
practices.

From the details you’ve shared, it’s evident that HertzBeat has met many key
criteria for TLP graduation. The clear contributor-to-committer process, strict
adherence to "The Apache Way", and successful integration with other ASF
projects demonstrate maturity. The regular releases and diverse contributions
across code, docs, and testing further underscore its readiness.

However, before officially moving towards graduation, I’d suggest ensuring all
aspects of the Apache TLP graduation requirements are thoroughly reviewed. This
could include double-checking community diversity metrics, ensuring sufficient
global participation, and confirming that any outstanding technical debt or
process improvements are addressed.

I wholeheartedly support HertzBeat’s journey towards TLP status and am happy to
contribute further feedback or assistance. Let’s collaborate closely to make
this graduation a smooth and successful milestone for the project!

Best wishes,

Hongyu Liu
