Igniters,

I assembled and merged release notes to the branch ignite-1.8. Looks like
we are almost ready to start vote. The only outstanding issue which looks
pretty nasty to me is IGNITE-4340 [1]. Let's wait until it resolved and
start vote, unless anyone has some other concerns.
