[~andy] I'm fine with local builds too, but as I was asking Rob - does that not
require Docker installed? In that case it would be a significant new
requirement for those who build locally.
As for Docker Hub - how is it different from Maven central? It's just another
remote registry/repository. Both are outside the project's control.
As for [https://hub.docker.com/r/apache] repositories - there are some that are
GitHub-connected but most are not, so my guess it's a mixed bag of both
auto-built and pushed images.
We have all our images on auto-build and quite happy with that, but I realize
Jena is a project of a different scale.
