The idea from it is that flashrom-stable is as the name implies just more stable
for the most part while also focusing on good support on what it currently
offers - as opposed to the upstream which prioritizes (breaking) changes.
It actually might still be relevant to offer both, as while they overlap in some
of the functionality - yet there are enough differences between them to merit a
split I think.
