The current tests suppress a long list of codecs because some methods test full
functionality including some newer index features.
I think if we are going to test this way, then sorting reader itself should
throw unsupported operation exception (refuse to sort segments from 3.x, 4.0,
4.1 codecs).
Because its really unsupported/untested. otherwise, we should pull these newer
methods out.
