The thing is, there are already several. For instance, last year if not before, we were going to use one of them for earmarked functions but they charged a fair amount. Newer ones don't and they are pretty good. See Mutualibre and Cusoon.
For now, I'd like to get the proposed nonprofit the CC will consider done. I see nothing wrong with a multiplicity of nonprofits, provided that they don't cannibalize each other's funds--always a possibility :-/--and that we have one major recipient for OOoCon, and other globally important events. (okay, gobally important to *us*)
