Hello all,
I guess this is my first mail to the group as such though I have been in
touch with many of you on a one-on-one basis.
As Shikha had clarified in her mail, I had taken up the co-ordination of
the group last February and I spent my last one year trying to understand
the project and helping out various groups in starting OOo in other Indian
Languages.
During this time we were constantly guided by Shikha and thats perhaps why
the team here had a privilege of concentrating more on technical issues
rather than administrative ones.
Shikha has already briefed you about the activities, this group had taken
up last year, so I need not reiterate that.
Charles has suggested some activities and we are doing them in some way.
The only thing that remains is to formalise the process. Let us discuss on
these issues and come out with a plan ASAP.
