As far as the resources are concerned we do have about 4-5 team
members working l10n and OOo builds and other issues full-time. So

But at the same I am sorry if I have given an impression that I do not

and he can be co-lead without any objections from us if he can

Anyway, I think that we have two things to discuss here: -make sure the HI project is on the right track
We take the responsibility of working towards that. Again we are NOT
closed group. Any suggestions, help, ideas are very much welcome
Thanks. the Hindi NL project did a lot of things and I'm sure it will do them again. What you really should do, in any case, is communicate with us here, with the other OOo projects, technical or non technical, and get the HI project integrated in the NLC, and in OOo. After all, you and the HI community are not just the Hindi OOo team, you're also fully part of OOo.

This is a brilliant idea which I think all of should pursue. Indic
Native-Lang Group could become a one stop shop for Indian Language OOo
activities.

The language groups could form a sort of sub-domain.well, maybe not in the first place, but this remains to investigate (if you need a common mailing lists, wiki, etc...)
Let us have more ideas coming in.
I think at that point we should also let the other people from the Indic NL projects express themselves.
