There is the problem of "walled gardens" here in the NLC, and there is
also the problem of the "developers project" vs. the NLC or other
projects such as the non-development project or the Incubated projects.
It's not supposed to be a cat fight of course, but it is definitely a
problem of communication flow.

Well, I think you should :-) . But it takes time.
