If you are asking whether that dictionary can be included in
OpenOffice.org official builds, the official answer is "nobody knows"

Thanks for the information. I suppose my overall question is, "Can we use this dictionary with OpenOffice.org?" If so, we can host it for separate download, while waiting for the language issue to be resolved. from Clytie (vi-VN, Vietnamese free-software translation team / nhóm Việt hóa phần mềm tự do)
