Maven artefacts are pom,jar,nbm and also jar with source. 
How does it works for these? Source are from the same git hash but split to all 
the jar?
Vote required or not in this case ?

I heard that reproducible build are technically hard to achieve because of all 
ecosystem need to be reproducible but yes we should do that.

I would say we can take  Geertjan Lazy consensus for that sanity checking 
requirement

Thanks Daniel! That was my understanding too. The point of this thread was just 
to bring a little extra oversight / sanity checking of any binaries we 
distribute.

And +1 to reproducible builds! I guess that could potentially change the voting 
requirements in future.
