I don't like that as puts the burden on the ASF to verify that whatever we import here is under Oracle's control. Here's a revised suggestion: *** The NetBeans source code as distributed via http://hg.netbeans.org/ The NetBeans documentation as distributed via https://netbeans.org/ And any related specifications, graphics and manuals. *** This makes it clear that the ASF is allowed to grab anything at hg.netbeans.org, while leaving room for additional stuff. -Bertrand
