I imagine simply putting "NetBeans" in response to the above in the Software Grant Agreement will not be explicit enough. Earlier in this thread, Raphael Bircher referred to language from the Oracle Contributor Agreement, where a "contribution" is defined as "any source code, object code, patch, tool, sample, graphic, specification, manual, documentation, or any other material". Therefore, could we respond to "List of software and other intellectual property covered by this agreement" in the Software Grant Agreement with the following words: "NetBeans: any source code, object code, patch, tool, sample, graphic, specification, manual, documentation, or any other material." Knowing the response to this specific question will enable the software grant to be signed.
