Great. Looks like we're discussing our way to the Apache NetBeans 10 release.
The main question is, has anything, or will anything, be added to the release100 branch -- if 'yes', we'll need a vc4, which will be the actual voting candidate, if 'no', then vc3 is the voting candidate and we should use the thread Laszlo set up to vote on the sources.
