I have no twitter account... But if someone can give me the code for the
widget I will include it on the page.

Actually the embed code is just this:

<a class="twitter-timeline" href="https://twitter.com/ApacheOO";>Tweets by ApacheOO</a> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

the Identi.ca site has
not been accepting new account registrations for years. ...
we can drop it from our social page.
Yes, I dropped it already from the Google+ page. It looked unmaintained...
Is there a possibility to delete the account? There was no activity
since 2014.

I've just posted a note saying that people should follow our site since the Identi.ca profile is not regularly updated: https://identi.ca/apacheoo - and indeed I don't plan to make further updates, but if someone wants to take over I am available to discuss it.

Regards,
  Andrea.
