I can understand that you are upset (other communities are doing the
tests as well .. and run into the same troubles). But please do *not*
release blindly. Although the chance is low, that only your localization
is broken, it exists. And this would hurt your users.
I agree with Andre here and it already happened that only one or two
languages has a functionality broken (printing if I remember well).
So, what we (FR) have done is slightly and quickly adapt the tests for
2.0 branches and make the smoke tests like that. Testtool is up to date,
but it's a different testing way.
For Base I've uploaded several tests case on an issue (I'm in an hostel
and can't find the number) Andre has open, you can use them if needed.
I'll try to help more later, this month is really full :(
