We all were new to this once.  However, you are closer to the process
than I and I feel that your inputs are very valuable.  And yes we need a
document that says "Do this, press that" to make QA more effective.

And your assistance will definitely help when the Aqua version of
OpenOffice.org for the Mac is released (and I feel that is coming soon.)
