Yes, please.
The suggestion by Rafaella conveys a better meaning ("Thank you for
CHOOSING OOo", rather than merely using it) and I think it's better
to use this one in the HTML page title and in the image.
So please go on with "Grazie per aver scelto OpenOffice.org" both in the
HTML <title> tag content and in the image.
