The OpenOffice.org community has approx. 70 native language projects (a).
The binaries are built for approx. 40 languages (b).

The group (a) must be a supper-set of the group (b).
Why don't we ask the projects relevant to their language versions of OOo
to conduct a quick, simple, release-sanity test?

Or, ... releasing binaries without test, should be labeled 'NOT-TESTED-AT-ALL.'
