It is now stated in the copyright info for the wiki:

We have GNU Free Documentation License for this:
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Text_of_the_GNU_Free_Documentation_License>
and I agree it's more suitable than LGPL for documentation.
Thanks to all who have made the contents of the wiki incompatible to our
own documentation license.
BTW.: how can anybody *now* apply a license to something I wrote months
ago? I formyself consider my contributions as free (like in public
domain - please note that minor contributions are *not* protected by
German law).
Another note: we had discussions with the Limux team (Munich Linux
Migration team) and they offered to publish their guidelines for
document interoperability at the OOo wiki. One of the main problems was
license. We were happy that the content would be provided under PDL at
the wiki. Seems to be impossible now.
