Hi,

I just reverted the change. I agree that it is unfortunate that we do 
not have any information about licensing at the wiki. But this doesn't 
give the right to apply a license wihtout asking the contributors.

With all respect for Louis and Stefan but this has to be discussed in 
the community first.
