The Camel 2.9.0 is a RC1 release first (eg a release candidate) as
there is some API changes and whatnot.
So we want to give the community a wider chance to give it a test try
and to see if there is any issues upgrading etc.

Then 2 weeks later or thereabouts we will cut the real GA release.
