Sigh; I hit org.apache.solr.cluster.placement.impl.PlacementPluginIntegrationTest.testAttributeFetcherImpl again. I filed https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-18544 to track that one.
I hate the state of the RC2 changelog honestly... 2 big-ish issues there that can be addressed when you next regenerate. I wonder if we could consider (*eventually*) separating the changelog out of release "distributions" and as such it's no longer a voted thing. I'd be cool with that but some people maybe love seeing the changelog in the distributions themselves.
