Hi Mark,
as usually it depends. From my point of view the user must decide what
he needs. We must not force him to do it in a specific way.
Secondly we must distinguish between the setup of the configuration and
the distribution of the configuration values. For example it is totally
fine to configure it manually and use Guice to inject the configuration.
