Hi Pierre,
I just did a fresh clone and found the same problem. I have uploaded new patch
files from the new clone. It looks like one commit was missing in the old patch
(which left out the triple/quadruple fix).
Let me know how this works. Just ran it on windows and Ubuntu and I think this
should sort things out.
