I added a:

        deleteWithRetry(file:
paths.findTomEELibJar('jakarta.activation-api'))

to the SetupCommand.groovy.

Turns out that works better than:

        deleteWithRetry(file:
paths.findOpenEJBWebJar('jakarta.activation-api'))

I'm quite tired :)
