Does Emily only need to do the homepage styles in a separate stylesheet?

And yes, we still need the styles for the other pages! Afaik we're not
only changing the homepage but the whole OOo website.

By the way if you're planning to do it with valid XHTML, make sure there
isn't any deprecated HTML stuff in use, on any page.
