Go to https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/whimsy
Find row for 'sebb'. Find column 'status - click cell for actions'.
Click on that cell.
See button 'Remove only from PMC'.
The thinking was that Add and Modify were for the common actions, reducing
confusion and mistakes. Less common actions can be done by clicking on the
last column of the individual in question.
