I have two issues with the current implementation:
# As Daniel points out, it is non-intuitive that you should click an empty
cell for which the only clue is that the cursor changes when mouse-over and the
column heading.
# Once you click that cell, there are two actions and no (cancel)
I'd suggest:
# Add a (actions) button when displaying the members.
# Add a (cancel) button when displaying the possible actions.
